Mike is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC), having earned his Masters in Sport Psychology from the University of Missouri in 2016. Prior to that, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Mississippi State University where he ran cross country and track & field competitively for the Bulldogs. He currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he now practices.
Sport has been an integral part of Mike's life since a young age. At four, he joined his first soccer team and played for ten years. Then, in middle school, he joined his school's cross country team. He went on to win the 3000m Junior National Championships in 2008 and was later recruited to run collegiately. Today, Mike continues to enjoy endurance sports and races locally.
Since becoming a mental performance consultant, Mike has worked with several performers, including musicians and athletes in baseball, golf, soccer, football, tennis, lacrosse, cross country and track & field.
